Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and converting leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our coworking spaces to businesses and individuals. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through various channels (online, in-person, referrals, etc.). Sales Process Management: Conduct tours of coworking spaces, understand client needs, and offer tailored solutions to close deals. Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high retention rates. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine sales strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and community teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience. Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals. What Were Looking For: Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in coworking, real estate, or hospitality. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in using digital platforms for sales. Proactive Attitude: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Passion for Coworking: An understanding of the coworking model and enthusiasm for fostering community-driven workspaces.
