Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager - Open Access and EPC Solar Business, located in Ahmedabad with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, planning and executing sales strategies, and keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities. The role will also involve collaborating with the marketing and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution. Qualifications Experience in sales, especially in the renewable energy or solar sector Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Understanding of Open Access regulations and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) processes in the solar industry Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Willingness to travel as needed Show more Show less
