Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for mass market customers. Lead and support the sales team with day-to-day operations and guidance. Identify new business opportunities and geographic growth areas. Drive new customer acquisition and develop existing accounts. Prepare business plans to improve profitability through cost control and strategic decisions. Close leads (self-generated or internal) and ensure timely payment collections. Coordinate with support teams to ensure quality client servicing. Conduct regular performance reviews with supervisors and peers. Attend product trainings and stay updated on offerings. Follow company policies and maintain strong customer relationships. Mentor and coach team members to enhance performance. Competencies Required: Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
