Job Title: Sales Manager Outbound Travel (Metro Cities) Company: Anex Tour India Locations: Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmadabad, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Lucknow (Openings in all major metro cities) Industry: Travel & Tourism Functional Area: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full Time Job Description: Anex Tour India is expanding its outbound travel operations across India. We are looking for dynamic and well-connected Sales Managers in key metro cities to manage B2B agent networks, promote international travel packages, and drive business growth in assigned regions. The ideal candidate will have strong destination knowledge , excellent B2B relationships, and a passion for sales in the travel industry. Key Responsibilities: Build, develop, and manage a strong network of B2B travel agents, tour operators, and corporate travel planners. Promote and sell outbound travel packages to destinations such as Bali, Thailand, Dubai, Maldives, Turkey, Europe , and other key international markets. Provide in-depth destination training and product presentations to agents to support their selling capabilities. Monitor and support agents with real-time updates on rates, inclusions, seasonal promotions, visa requirements, etc. Travel regularly within the assigned region to visit agents, conduct meetings, and offer training or product briefings. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance to the regional head. Work closely with DMCs and the internal operations team to customize and close group and FIT bookings. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity , and customer preferences to improve package offerings. Required Skills and Experience: 3–5 years minimum of B2B sales experience in the outbound travel industry. In-depth destination knowledge of at least 4–5 key international markets. Strong existing network of travel agents in your city/region. Good understanding of hotel categories, transfers, sightseeing tours, group logistics, and travel documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs, online booking tools, or travel ERP systems.
