Role & responsibilities The purpose of this role is to Own Service Sales and marketing division dealing in Medical Equipment and Unique Surgical Disposable offered by MNCs like GE and Medtronic which are required in CT, OT, ICU, NICU and Diagnostic Setup, in order to deliver the best quality service and products thereby benefitting medical professionals and increasing top line revenue Responsibilities: •To define target and marketing strategy in conjunction with top management. • Target achievement as per the defined objectives and strategy. • Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities. • Identify the factors related to market, customer, competition, brand performance and contribution. • Develop customized targeted sales strategies for Accounts • Build business relationships with current and potential clients, KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) and Principal companies. • Field Visit to hospitals / clinics in the designated areas. • Sales funnel and database management of existing and prospective clients. • Ensure timely payment collections. • To coordinate equipment demonstration process. • To participate in conferences • Improving & Inducing Digital Marketing Strategy • MIS • Coordinating between service team, vendors and clients ensuring smooth operations. • Prepare quotations as per inputs received - AMC / CMC / HBS / Spares • Email communication for follow ups with clients. • Organize and maintain data files and records, update when necessary. • Take-up additional responsibilities as and when required Candidate requirements: • Graduate engineer / science; MBA will be definite plus • 3 -4 years experience in sales, preferably in medical field • Age below 45 years • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
