Role & responsibilities Role & responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager Personal Loans to drive business growth through (DST) sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal loan sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify, onboard, and manage DST s to generate personal loan business. Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales and ensure monthly and annual targets are met. Market Expansion: Develop strategies to expand the DST enhance market penetration. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with DST, customers, and financial institutions. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all loan applications comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2+ years in personal loan sales, preferably managing DST. Industry Exposure: Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services is highly desirable. Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Target-Driven: Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.
