Job Description

We require candidates who can appoint dealers / distributors in unrepresented areas and help them to get secondary sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes. Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and networking activities to boost brand presence.
