Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 3–4 years of field sales experience in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in Surat and surrounding regions. Responsibilities Drive B2B and B2C sales in the renewable energy space (e.g., solar panels, inverters, EV Chargers.) Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and key stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking. Conduct site assessments and provide customized solutions to clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction from lead generation to after-sales support Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 3+ years' of sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills MBA is a plus. Required Skills Required Skills Strong knowledge of solar energy products and market trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in Hindi & Gujarati is mandatory.
