Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Business Development & Enquiry Generation Drive strategic business development initiatives within designated geographic regions, enhancing the company brand presence and capturing new opportunities in the market. Client Relationship Management Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and promoting repeat business through effective engagement. Sales Target Achievement Take ownership of meeting and surpassing sales targets set by the company, focusing on generating new business. Execute all prescribed sales activities to effectively promote the company's products within the assigned territory. Territory Management Manage and oversee the entire assigned territory, focusing on long-term growth, market penetration, and the sustainable expansion of the business. Market Insights & Product Knowledge Develop a deep understanding of the company products, market demand, and competitive landscape, utilizing this knowledge to inform and enhance sales strategies. Client Engagement Engage with clients, customers, and dealers regularly to assess their needs, resolve concerns, and ensure alignment with the companys offerings and objectives. Sales Planning & Reporting Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, forecasts, and projections. Submit detailed reports on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, and annually) to track performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
