Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the outdoor lighting sector. Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, ensuring performance targets are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, city planners, real estate developers, and distributors . Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and emerging trends . Negotiate large-scale contracts and close high-value deals. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand visibility and product offerings . Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management within the outdoor lighting, electrical, or construction industries. Strong network in the architectural, urban development, and municipal sectors . Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of LED lighting, smart lighting solutions, and energy-efficient technologies . Ability to drive business growth and expand market share. Willingness to travel as required.
