Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our outdoor lighting sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales , excellent leadership skills, and deep industry knowledge. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in outdoor lighting solutions for urban projects, commercial spaces, and municipalities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the outdoor lighting sector. Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, ensuring performance targets are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, city planners, real estate developers, and distributors . Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and emerging trends . Negotiate large-scale contracts and close high-value deals. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand visibility and product offerings . Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management within the outdoor lighting, electrical, or construction industries. Strong network in the architectural, urban development, and municipal sectors . Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of LED lighting, smart lighting solutions, and energy-efficient technologies . Ability to drive business growth and expand market share. Willingness to travel as required.
