Job Description

Role & responsibilities Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Maintain daily contact with customers / carriers to respond to their issues and problems to maintain a positive customer relationship. Identify revenue opportunities and develop appropriate measures to exploit these opportunities in all relevant segments. Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Strategic understanding of corporate concerns, ability to assess problems from several perspectives and personal victories that spur change. Keep an open mind to new ideas and ways of conducting business while focusing on the companys goals and business plan. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication skills in English and the local language is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor other team members. Qualification Diploma or bachelors degree in marketing or business management backgrounds (Partly or fully qualified).
