Contributing to Brand Building of SBP, raising the level of Customer experience and Market expansion for SBP. Responsible for acquiring new customers and building relationships with key accounts/customers to ensure repeat and referral business. Is ethical with respect to leads gathered and commitments made to customers Knows the product and it's USPs Follows sales process - Rapport, Identify Need, Present Solution, Facilitates Decision Record relevant data in standard formats. Follows process set up for data capturing KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development Cold calling on data from different sources and fixing appointments with the clients. Attend Walk-in customers, IVR calls in response to marketing activities (bulk SMS etc.) and convince client to visit SBP office for a meeting. Understand client requirements and pitch offering as per the need. Highlight USPs of the product offered to lure the client. Take clients for site visits. Arrange pick and drop of client as required. Stay abreast of Market trends and offers and mould pitch to explain as per the need. Categorization with respect to flats, shops or other office spaces sold and inventory status. Be the first point for handling all client objections and negotiations. Forward to next level in hierarchy for closing the deal and handling critical clients. Help client in completing documentation required and filling up of Booking forms, Agreements etc. Rapport building with Banks for facilitation of loans as required by the customers. Work with Banking representative at the site for query handling of customers. Work with marketing team in executing various promotional activities (ATL & BTL) as per territory and project requirement. Build and maintain relationships with Key customers to ensure repeat and referral business on new as well as existing projects. Maintain strong funnel by taking initiative and exploring different lead generation techniques. Stay ahead and tap referral and repeat business. Avoid leakages by being proactive.
