Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team of 12+ associates to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and overseeing sales activities. The role also entails coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and handling customer inquiries and complaints. Qualifications * Real Estate expeirence is must mandatory* Experience in sales management, team leadership, and strategic planning Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Knowledge of the real estate or proptech industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
