Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify and qualify potential clients within the education sector (schools, universities, coaching centers, etc.). Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree. 3-8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the education landscape and its challenges. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.3 Highly organized and detail oriented. Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Willingness to travel extensively. Preferred Qualifications: Existing network of contacts within the education sector. Perks and benefits
