Job description Role & responsibilities Identify and qualify potential clients within the education sector (schools ,coaching centers, activity centres,etc.). Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree or above 3-8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the K-12/School education sector. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the education landscape and its challenges. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Willingness to travel extensively on Field Preferred Qualifications: Existing network of contacts within the education sector. Logistics The profile involves working from the office & doing Field Visits The job locations are Mumbai & Pune The candidate should have a functional laptop along with the mobile phone to be used for official work. The SIM card shall be issued by the company. The candidate should have own mode of transport for travel. Fuel & other elated costs shall be reimbursed
