Job Description

Job Summary:The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will support both marketing and sales functions by managing key opinion leaders (KOLs), coordinating marketing materials, tracking sales performance, and ensuring compliance with business processes. This role also involves assisting with budgeting, forecasting, tender documentation, and corporate-level support functions. Marketing Responsibilities• Support the Marketing team to develop KOLs & Brand Ambassadors• Support the Clinical team in training programs and clinical evidence generation.• Create marketing materials (brochures, videos, photographs) and coordinate with vendors for cost-effective solutions.• Track and analyze campaign performance using various metrics and generate reports.• Collaborate with Sales Managers to monitor budgets and expenses.• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure compliance with Business Processes. Sales Responsibilities• Act as a liaison between the Sales team and Corporate Office, providing data, account analysis, product mix analysis, and market trends.• Manage sales tracking tools and develop performance indicators.• Support the Sales team in preparing Tender documents, maintaining records of government tenders and rate contracts.• Maintain records of pricing structures, dealer accounts, and prepare quotation letters.• Assist the Sales team in forecasting and budgeting.Corporate Responsibilities• Assist the sales team in managing schedules, client communication, and follow-ups.• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases.• Leverage available data to generate insights for cross-functional improvements. Candidate’s Profile:• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Administration, Marketing or a related field• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales coordination and marketing• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)• The ideal candidate should possess strong communication & multitasking skills, an ability to work collaboratively and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
