Role & responsibilities : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets. Prospect and qualify new leads within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in industries. Negotiate and close sales deals. Oversee the sales cycle, from lead generation to order fulfillment. Provide technical expertise and support to clients on packaging solutions. Identify and stay up to date on Industry trends and competitor activity. Prepare and deliver sales Presentations. Develop sales forecast and reports. Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure our packaging solutions meet to ensure our packaging solutions meet the specific needs of the industries market. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities. Inform strategic decision making. Preferred candidate profile : Candidate with prior experience in dealing with FMCG customers Candidate from Packaging machinery manufacture industry Candidate from Manufacturing industry B Tech candidate with mechanical, electrical or instrumentation background
