Key Responsibilities:Sales & Partnerships: · Drive supermarket tie-ups and manage ongoing relationships. · Identify and convert HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) accounts for B2B sales. · Build a strong corporate gifting pipeline and close sales for seasonal and recurring orders. · Develop new B2B leads across Bangalore and other cities. · Conduct regular market visits, product demos, and presentations to prospective clients. Marketing Execution: · Plan and execute local sales & marketing campaigns (festive, sampling, influencer-driven, etc.). · Support customer activation events/pop-ups in gated communities and corporate offices. · Coordinate with the marketing team for creatives, promotions, and visibility initiatives. Reporting & Coordination: · Maintain sales pipeline, lead trackers, and reporting dashboards. · Provide feedback on product-market fit and help refine go-to-market strategies.
