🔹 Job Title:Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager (Hybrid) 🔹 Company:Nexfore Consulting – India’s leading Safety PMC, ISO Certification, and Compliance Consulting Firm 🔹 Location:Mumbai (Hybrid – Field + WFH flexibility) 🔹 About Us:Nexfore Consulting is a dynamic consulting firm offering end-to-end solutions in: Safety Project Management Consulting (PMC) HSE Audits and Trainings ISO Certifications (9001, 14001, 45001, etc.) Government and Industry-specific ComplianceWe cater to industries like Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Hospitals, Media, and more. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new B2B clients (builders, contractors, factories, production houses, hospitals, etc.) Promote services such as Safety PMC, ISO Certifications, HSE Trainings, Safety Audits, Fire Safety Compliance, etc. Build and manage a strong client pipeline using cold calling, email marketing, site visits, and LinkedIn outreach Schedule and conduct product/service demos (physical or online) Negotiate pricing and close deals based on targets Maintain CRM reports, follow-up logs, and sales dashboards Collaborate with technical and operations teams for proposal preparation Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, safety events, and webinars 🔹 Requirements:Graduate (Any stream).
