Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct thorough market research to understand competitor offerings, property trends, and client needs within your assigned territory. Qualify leads by identifying potential clients with a genuine interest and suitable buying power. Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the value proposition of our commercial properties. Negotiate and close sales while maintaining profitability for the company. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific requirements and exceeding their expectations. Prepare and manage proposals and contracts to ensure smooth deal closings. Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and contribute to sales forecasting. Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate interest in your assigned properties (for Sales & Marketing role). Work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments to achieve sales goals.
