Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of Laser Machines and Automation Solutions . The ideal candidate will have technical understanding of industrial laser systems (such as engraving, marking) and automation technologies, along with strong sales acumen to identify prospects, convert leads, and grow market share. This role involves both strategic marketing initiatives and direct customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for laser machines and automation systems across industrial sectors. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Meet with clients to present product features, technical benefits, and ROI to drive sales. Generate and follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with technical and application teams to offer customized solutions based on client requirements. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote brand and product visibility. Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to support lead generation and product awareness. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and market feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics) or related field. 1–3 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in laser machines. Strong technical understanding of laser systems (e.g., CO₂, fiber, UV) and automation technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage customer accounts. Willingness to travel as required. Working Conditions: Office-based with regular field visits to client locations and trade events. Travel required across regions/states depending on assigned territory.
