Job Title: Sales Executive – (FMCG background preferred) Location: Medchal Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 2–4 years in FMCG Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales HeadJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the FMCG sector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, expanding our customer base, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets in their assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key partners.Identify new sales opportunities within assigned territory and convert them into long-term partnerships.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account reconciliations.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.Execute marketing and promotional activities as planned by the head office.Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and feedback to the sales manager.Ensure proper visibility and merchandising of products at retail points.Requirements:Mandatory: Minimum 2–4 years of field sales experience in the FMCG industry.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to meet and exceed targets under pressure.In-depth knowledge of the assigned market and territory.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license (if applicable).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and expanding organization.Training and development programs.Travel and communication allowances.
