1. Job Description: Sales & Marketing incharge Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat Salary: ₹45,000 per month Experience: Minimum 3 years Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing Industry: Solar (B2B & B2C) Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Develop strategic plans to promote solar products such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related solutions. Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and partners. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive. Coordinate with other departments for smooth execution of sales campaigns and product launches. Prepare regular sales reports and present to senior management. Train and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B and B2C solar product sales. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively. Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English preferred. Willingness to travel within the region (Gandhidham and nearby areas). 2. Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive (Team Member) Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat Salary: ₹25,000 per month Experience: Minimum 1 year Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing Industry: Solar (B2B & B2C) About the Role: Join Rajdeep Group’s solar sales team as a Sales & Marketing Executive and play a key role in driving sales for solar products by engaging with customers and supporting marketing initiatives in the Gandhidham region. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into sales for solar products including solar panels, inverters, and battery systems. Conduct customer visits, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure high satisfaction. Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness. Coordinate with the sales head and support team to meet sales targets. Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in sales of solar or renewable energy products (B2B/B2C). Strong communication and customer handling skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and result-oriented approach. Good knowledge of local market conditions and customer preferences.
