We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Field Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth in these key sectors. Job Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to target potential clients in the Telecom, CCTV, Security, and Access Control sectors. Expand the companys client base by building strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to strategically position Paras Telecoms solutions. Create and execute plans to penetrate new markets and increase revenue in both existing and new business areas. Field Sales: Conduct on-field sales activities by visiting prospective clients, showcasing products and solutions, and conducting product demonstrations for Telecom, CCTV, Security, and Access Control systems. Engage in consultative selling by understanding client requirements, offering tailored solutions, and closing deals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients in various industries, highlighting how Paras Telecom’s solutions can meet their security and telecom needs. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving company revenue goals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, providing after-sales support, and ensuring smooth project delivery. Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits to ensure client satisfaction with the delivered products and services. Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, including leads generated, sales closed, and revenue targets achieved. Provide feedback and insights to the management team on market trends and customer preferences to help refine product offerings and sales strategies. Regularly update CRM systems to ensure accurate records of client interactions and sales progress. Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to identify potential sectors and clients for Telecom, CCTV, Security, and Access Control solutions. Gather intelligence on competitors and offer recommendations for staying ahead in the market. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Business, Commerce (BCom), Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development and/or field sales, preferably in the Telecom, CCTV, Security, or Access Control industries. Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to develop customized solutions for clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively for on-field sales activities. Own vehicle required. What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
