Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales And Marketing Specialist at SHOBI Group located in Pune. we want to another location Hyderabad, Bengaluru as well. - As a Sales And Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management. - You will play a crucial role in promoting our services, building relationships with clients, providing training and support, and driving sales growth. Experience required - 0-2 year Priority - immediate joiner Should have good knowledge of HR payroll software Qualifications : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service mindset - Proven experience in sales and sales management - Ability to conduct training sessions and deliver presentations - Good understanding of marketing strategies and tactics - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Self-motivated and result-oriented - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred - Experience in the software development industry is a plus - Knowledge of HR Payroll software ex.-Greyt HR.
