Identify, target, and develop relationships with key accounts in the Industrial, Medical, and Furniture business segments. Drive new business development, including identifying new accounts and expanding relationships with existing clients. Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with customers to maximize business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and execute sales strategies for each business segment to achieve revenue and growth targets. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the Industrial, Medical, and Furniture sectors. Lead negotiations with customers to secure contracts and close deals. Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and loyalty.
