Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Sales Manager to drive growth through effective management of our distribution network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding channel sales, maintaining strong distributor relationships, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors/retail partners across target regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to maximize sales performance. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence. Ensure proper execution of sales promotions, merchandising, and branding at retail outlets. Monitor distributor performance, including sales volumes, payment collections, and inventory levels. Provide training and support to channel partners on product knowledge and sales techniques. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales service. Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review. Key Requirements Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 8- 10 years of experience in channel/distribution sales, preferably in textiles, FMCG, or retail sectors Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
