Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Officer with a proven track record in FMCG sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving secondary sales, building strong retailer and distributor relationships, and ensuring market execution standards. Role & responsibilities Achieve sales targets in assigned area through effective market coverage. Develop and maintain a strong retailer and distributor network. Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at outlets. Execute trade marketing and promotional activities as planned. Collect market intelligence and track competitor activities. Monitor stock levels at distributor and retail points to avoid stock-outs. Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager. Coordinate with the supply chain and accounts team for order processing and collections. Preferred candidate profile Graduate / Post Graduation in any discipline Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG. Good knowledge of local geography and customer base. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and mobile-based sales reporting tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
