The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and promoting our catering services to businesses, events, and individual clients. This is a field-based position that requires a strong focus on sales, customer satisfaction, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities : Identify and target potential clients, including corporate offices, event organizers, and individuals in need of catering services. Promote and sell catering services such as corporate events, weddings, and private parties. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for business growth. Attend client meetings, presentations, and events to build and maintain strong relationships. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring company profitability. Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of catering events. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications : Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the catering, food service, or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to lead generation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of catering products, services, and industry trends is a plus.
