Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets in the Nandurbar region. Identify and appoint new distributors and retailers to expand market reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Monitor distributor performance (sales, stock, claims, payments). Execute trade promotions, visibility campaigns, and in-store branding activities. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Submit regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and area coverage. Ensure product availability, stock rotation, and proper merchandising in outlets. Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly
