Role Summary: As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for driving channel sales, dealer relationships, and on-ground activation in your assigned region. This is a field-intensive, target-driven role ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sustainable Position - SALES OFFICER Location - Kozhikode Experience - 1 to 3 years Education - Any Degree Roles and Responsibility Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers across Kerala. • Regularly visit dealers to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide support. • Identify opportunities to expand the dealer network and on-board new partners to enhance market coverage. • Strategize and implement plans for adding new sales channels to increase market penetration. • Reactivate dormant counters and explore opportunities for new retail outlets or distribution channels. • Collaborate with management to develop innovative approaches for channel expansion and market growth. • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the cycling industry. • Act as a primary point of contact for dealers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction • Oversee the timely and efficient handling of warranty claims and product returns from dealers. • Work closely with the claims department to investigate issues, process claims, and provide resolutions. • Implement measures to minimize claim instances and improve overall customer satisfaction share me your cv to this number 9176869309
