Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer for one of our reputed FMCG Client located in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and managing distributor/retailer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Execute sales strategies and promotional plans effectively. Ensure timely collections and maintain credit discipline. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing is a plus. 2–4 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Good knowledge of local markets and distribution networks.
