Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Officer /SR with 1 to 4 years of experience in the food industry to join our team. Responsibilities : -Conduct daily/weekly store audits to ensure adherence to company standards. -Check product freshness, stock levels, and proper shelf placement. -Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations. -Assist customers in selecting products and provide recommendations. -Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase sales. -Monitor sales trends and provide feedback on customer preferences. -Track stock levels, expiry dates - Coordinate the onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring they understand operational standards, product details, and branding guidelines. -Coordinate with store managers for replenishment and stock rotation. -Submit audit checklists and daily sales reports. - Gather insights on customer preferences and regional demand. - Provide ongoing support to franchise partners to ensure their success. Immediate Joining is required. Qualifications: 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food industry. Strong understanding of the FMCG sector, especially food products. Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets Educational Qualification: Any Gratuate /Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
