What Youll Learn & Contribute As a Sales Operation Analyst You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to support client relationship activities, help manage key accounts and contribute to business growth initiatives. This is a learning-focused role where youll gain hands-on exposure to B2B sales, account management, and global operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing and maintaining client relationships under the guidance of senior account managers. Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients. Help track customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups using the CRM system. Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams (sourcing, operations, design) to help fulfill client requirements. Learn and contribute to internal reporting and documentation. Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to understand global sales processes. Assist with monitoring industry trends and marketing initiatives. What We’re Looking For completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree or BBA or Masters in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. Strong interest in B2B sales, marketing, and global trade. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in night shifts to align with international business hours. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Basic knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce. Familiarity with international markets or interest in global business. Prior internship or project experience in sales/marketing/customer service. What You’ll Gain Real-world experience in global sales and account management.
