Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Business Operations Manager to oversee sales coordination, streamline operational processes, manage events, and supervise both on-ground and back-end sales activities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, ready to travel across India, and possess strong organizational, compliance, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Coordination & Supervision: o Manage and oversee the performance of the Sales Coordination team. o Supervise order creation and processing for both B2B and B2C clients. o Ensure all sales activities align with the organization’s policies and SOPs. o Coordinate with the Accounts team to generate and align invoices and orders. • Event Management & Travel: o Plan and execute sales-related events and exhibitions across India. o Travel extensively (local and PAN India) for event supervision and client visits. o Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and on-site team supervision during events. • Operations & Compliance: o Work on compliance-related documentation and ensure process adherence. o Collaborate with channel partners for order execution and support. o Maintain accuracy in records and documentation in line with internal compliance standards. • Process Improvement & Reporting: o Develop and implement SOPs to streamline sales and operational workflows. o Use Excel and other tools to generate sales reports, dashboards, and track KPIs. o Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend improvements. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred). • 4–8 years of experience in Sales Operations or similar roles. • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting tools. • Willingness to travel extensively, including outstation and PAN India visits. • Experience in event management and team supervision. • Knowledge of compliance, invoicing, and order management processes. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Show more Show less
