The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to improve sales operations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires hands-on management and continuous improvement of sales operations to drive efficiency and growth.
