Sales and Operations Manager - Occupational Health Centers Company: Wellcorp Health Services Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Operations Manager to spearhead our efforts in identifying and securing contracts with industries requiring Occupational Health Centers (OHC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales OR fresher with exceedingly strong will to succeed in Sales , excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of occupational health and safety regulations. I.Key Responsibilities: To involve in hard-core sales, exploring the manufacturing industries across AP 2.Approaching Manufacturing Industries and promote Healthcare Services and Safety Programs 3. To effectively manage the operations of the given client base. 4.Willing to do constant field work. 5.Establishing connections with local Hospitals, Wellness Service Partners, and Paramedics Manpower Establishments 6.Good communication skill in Telugu, Tamil & English (Hindi /Oriya) Two-Wheeler must. Field Work Petrol conveyance will be additionally paid. II. Sales and Client Acquisition: - Achieve monthly targets for new client acquisitions. - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. - Oversee the setup process of new OHCs in client locations. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services. - Monitor and report on the performance of established OHCs. III. Travel and On-site Visits: - Conduct regular visits to client sites and potential client locations. - Perform on-site assessments to understand client needs and tailor solutions. - Be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region. - Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and conversions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Healthcare Management, or related field. Any degree, Master degree not mandatory. - Freshers, 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or occupational health services. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations will be a plus. - Valid driver's licence and ability to travel extensively. Key Competencies: - Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets. - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Adaptable and resilient in the face of challenges.
