A Job opportunity from Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited Position: Sales and Marketing Years of Experience:5-17 yrs Qualification: B.E- (Any) Job Location: Anywhere in India Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in Industrial reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal, and Air compressors 1) Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets. 2) Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and expert sales calls with Branch engineers / managers. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in Industrial Screw & Recip both Air compressors 3) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & Field Sales Teams, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4) Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies and tactics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5) Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6) Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed. A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines. 7) Stay updated with industry trends and developments to ensure the company's competitive edge. Delivering results & Meeting customer expectations 8) Review and Monitor Dealer Sales Performance Excellent Sales Orientation and Drive 9) Preparing Proposals, Application Notes, Sales Presentations, product positioning, competition benchmarking to support Field Sales. Practical and Problem Solving , Reliable and follow through 10) Service / Complaint Analysis along with H.O.
