PIN-743503 Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2 years in Sales and Procurement, preferably in the agro-food sector Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers. Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and delivery terms. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies. Procurement Management: Oversee the sourcing of high-quality raw materials and supplies. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards. Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to avoid shortages or overstocking. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability standards. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or related field. Proven experience in both sales and procurement, ideally in the agro-food industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and manage complex supply chains. Proficiency in ERP systems and sales/CRM software.
