Position Title: Sales Representative About Music Lancer: Music Lancer is a pioneering digital platform in the field of music education, dedicated to reshaping the music learning experience with a curated curriculum, certified trainers, and personalized musical journeys tailored to diverse student needs. Our mission is to connect passionate learners with experienced instructors through an engaging, interactive online platform. Position Description: As a Sales Representative at Music Lancer, you will be responsible for understanding and effectively communicating the platform's unique offerings to potential customers, facilitating sales by showcasing the benefits of our services. This role involves engaging with new and existing customers, generating leads through various channels, and guiding customers through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Engage new and existing customers to assess their needs and provide service information. Generate and convert leads through social media, references, and cold calls. Highlight unique features of Music Lancers platform and curriculum to prospective clients. Address inquiries about instructors and the online learning model. Revive and re-engage leads, including those lost, unqualified, inactive, or uncontacted. Conduct follow-up discussions with customers post-trial to present suitable pricing packages. Negotiate prices and tailor packages to align with customer requirements. Collaborate with Support, Success, and Sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse customers and address their needs. Fluent command of English for clear and effective communication. Excellent listening skills to accurately understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions. Ability to communicate the value of Music Lancer’s services persuasively. Confidence and persuasive skills for successful cold calling and lead conversions. Flexibility to work in different shifts, including night shifts, and adapt to extended hours of communication.
