Sales Rep (SR) Purpose: Responsible for generating companys top line by generating sales from the market. Main Responsibilities Establish & Achieve sales objectives by creating a sales plan for each day / distributor. Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors Effectively implement the marketing campaign designed to increase product sales and collect market feedback on the effectiveness of the campaign and its impact on sales. Explain the need and make sure the Distributor stocks the entire product SKUs. Handle effectively any product queries, customer complaints, Distributor queries etc. by seeking guidance from SOs / Sales Manager. Ensure product availability in all the targeted areas and ensure that the market is adequately covered by the Distributors. Effectively work the Distributor sales person and make sure to cover all the shops in the assigned area to generate orders. Coordinate with Marketing & make sure the orders are fulfilled and stocks are reached to the Distributors. Track on a daily basis, achievement of sales targets and make sure targets are achieved without fail. Prepare and send Daily Call Report to Sales Officer on a daily basis.
