Klassify Data Classification Suite: Automates classification of unstructured data based on sensitivity, guiding users to apply appropriate labels and enabling integration with security controls like DLP, IRM, and encryption. 2. Klassify Data Discovery & Compliance Suite: Identifies discover and analyses structured and unstructured sensitive data across IT assets, enabling risk-based remediation and ensuring compliance with regulations like PCI DSS, GDPR, and HIPAA and provides complete data visibility. 3. Klassify Card Data Discovery Suite (KCDD): Detects and analyses unprotected credit/debit card data to help organizations meet PCI DSS compliance requirements. Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Professional with a strong background in cybersecurity and proven experience in product-based organizations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions, working closely with enterprise clients to understand their security needs and delivering value-driven product offerings. This role is perfect for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by building relationships, closing deals, and making a tangible impact in the cybersecurity landscape. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: o Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and market trends. o Drive end-to-end sales processes from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure. o Identify new business opportunities within target industries and regions. Cybersecurity Product Expertise: o Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity products such as SIEM, SOAR, endpoint protection, IAM, firewalls, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management solutions. o Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to customer security needs and pain points. o Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to build tailored solutions and ensure seamless handoffs. Account Management & Customer Engagement: o Manage relationships with key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. o Understand customer security postures and recommend products or upgrades accordingly. o Collect client feedback to inform product development and enhancement strategies. Sales Operations & Reporting: o Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity data in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). o Track KPIs including conversion rates, revenue, and client growth. o Participate in weekly sales reviews and contribute to forecasting and planning. Market Research & Positioning: o Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify positioning opportunities. o Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign alignment and lead generation strategies. o Attend cybersecurity industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent the organization. Collaboration & Communication: o Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to support sales cycles. o Ensure clear and consistent communication with both internal stakeholders and external clients. o Deliver feedback from the field to leadership for strategic improvements. Requirements: Minimum 4+ years of B2B sales experience in a cybersecurity product-based organization. Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, trends, and solution stacks. Proven success in managing enterprise accounts and navigating complex sales cycles. Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance frameworks is a plus. Proficiency in using CRM software for pipeline and performance management. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Security, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Personal Attributes: Target-driven with a passion for cybersecurity and client success.
