Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative Officer to join our growing sales team. As a key player in our business development strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and driving sales to achieve company objectives. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and industry events. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing business clients. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present and demonstrate the companys products/services to potential clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring growth and profitability within the assigned territory. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client communications in CRM tools. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery of services/products. Closing Sales: Effectively close deals, ensuring that both client and company needs are met and providing a smooth transition to the implementation or delivery team. Requirements: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent understanding of the sales process and the ability to identify business needs and present solutions. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong organizational skills. Ability to travel as needed to meet clients or attend industry events. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Science, Mechanical or related field.
