Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding retail sales in the B2C market for our food-based products . The role involves acquiring new customers, managing relationships with retailers, and increasing sales volume within the assigned territory. Role & responsibilities Retail Sales & Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets, supermarkets, and grocery stores to expand our customer base. Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market penetration and increase product sales. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders. Order Management & Follow-ups: Ensure timely order placement, delivery, and payment collection from clients. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences, challenges, and opportunities. Skills Required: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Basic understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics. Willingness to travel within the assigned region
