Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers for medical devices, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Conduct site visits to install, maintain, repair, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on medical equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve product performance. Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in biomedical engineering or a related field (medical equipment sales & service). B.Tech/B.E. degree in Biomedical or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of biomedical engineering principles, medical devices, and equipment installation/maintenance/repair procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently at customer sites.
