Job Description

The person in this role will have to attend to incoming call and make outgoing call for sales or service activities of the company. Should be able to handle call logging with other duties as assigned form time to time. Should be from Industries like Photocopier / Printer / Duplicators. Roles & Responsibilities Outbound Calls: 1. Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting potential customers to generate leads. 2. Product/Service Promotion: Explaining the benefits of products or services to potential clients. 3. Building Relationships: Establishing rapport with customers to understand their needs and build trust. 4. Generating Sales: Persuading customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Inbound Calls: 1. Answering Inquiries: Responding to customer and raising support ticket in system. 2. Providing Customer Service: Offering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. General Responsibilities: 1. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions. 2. Updating customer information in system and ensuring data accuracy. 3. Following Scripts and Procedures: Adhering to company protocols and using provided scripts effectively. 4. Staying Updated: Keeping current with product knowledge and company policies. 5. Collaborating with Teams: Working effectively with marketing team to achieve common goals. 6. Handling Objections and Concerns: Professionally addressing customer objections and concerns. 7. Following Up on Leads: Nurturing leads and moving them through the sales funnel. Experience required 1. Graduate with minimum 1 Year Experience 2.
