Job Description

Identify and engage potential customers through direct outreach, inbound inquiries, and leads. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and close deals within the expected sales cycle. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly. Maintain deep knowledge of company products/services, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Follow up regularly to ensure timely conversion and customer onboarding. Gather feedback from customers to inform product development and marketing efforts. Maintain accurate sales records, activity reports, and customer information. Submit regular performance reports to the management. Identify opportunities to offer additional or higher-value products/services to existing customers.
