Job Description

Leads will be provided through various online (Indiamart, Just Dial, Trade India) and offline (existing customers) platform. Tele calling these leads and qualifying them by evaluating customer needs. Taking these leads to the next level of proposal Drafting the proposal and following up on the same Set up meetings with potential clients if the deal size is big or complex. Collaborate with field sales and technical team members to close sales. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and markets. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling existing install bases, networking and social media. Requirements: Proven experience as an Inside / Tele Sales or relevant role preferably dealing with industrial products. Need to have good communication skills. Proficiency in English, Hindi and Bengali. Sound knowledge in computer application and MS Office Generating sale of products & services with existing customers and developing new Leads, and customers.
