Qualification: Any Graduate with good Communication in English and local Language Responsibilities: Generate leads and identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and online sources. Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs and requirements. Show properties to clients and provide them with information about the features and benefits of each property. Work with clients to develop a customized plan that meets their specific needs and goals. Negotiate contracts, prepare offers, and guide clients through the closing process. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry. Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with other professionals and stay current with industry news and trends. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients.
