Our mission is to provide customers with a seamless and trustworthy platform to buy, sell, and own high-quality used two-wheelers. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence Ensure a customer-first approach, delivering a positive showroom experience. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and build loyalty. Sales & Profitability Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for used two-wheelers. Analyze market trends and sales data to develop effective pricing and sales strategies . Optimize inventory levels, ensuring the right mix of vehicles to meet customer demand. Operations Management Oversee daily showroom operations , ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Monitor and control expenses to maximize profitability while maintaining budgetary discipline. Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the store, equipment, and inventory. People Management & Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to drive performance and motivation. Set clear goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and feedback . Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and high productivity . Plan and oversee staff training programs to enhance skills and customer service quality. Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to legal regulations and company policies related to vehicle sales. Prepare and present reports on sales performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with prior showroom or service center management experience. Proven experience in people management , including hiring, training, and team development. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills . Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in computer applications and automotive industry software .
